In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the mik4d Platform. mik4d strictly enforces an adults-only policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

2.2 Residency. The mik4d Platform is designed and operated for players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which accessing online betting services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.3 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on mik4d. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any Bonus Credits, and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation. If you have forgotten your account credentials, please contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously self-excluded from mik4d or any other gambling platform and that exclusion remains active, you are not eligible to register or use the Platform. It is a breach of these Terms to attempt to circumvent an active self-exclusion.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, and a current mobile number. mik4d reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and to refuse registration where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication tokens. You must not share your Account access with any third party. mik4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to protect their credentials.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify mik4d immediately via support if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised. mik4d may temporarily suspend an Account upon such notification while an investigation is conducted.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mik4d support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending bets and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

3.5 Account Closure by mik4d. mik4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where mik4d has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity has occurred; (c) the account holder fails to satisfy KYC requirements; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to mik4d.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mik4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). mik4d does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the originating account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and possible account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The destination account must be registered in your name and match the identity details on file with mik4d.
• Any Bonus Credits subject to an active wagering requirement must be fully met before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform at the point of request.
• mik4d targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours. Off-peak processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

4.4 Refusal of Withdrawals

mik4d reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) a KYC review is ongoing; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or irregular wagering; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bets are settled.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mik4d are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a promotion-specific term sheet, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements — always review the promotion detail page before claiming. Progress toward wagering requirements is displayed in real time within your Account dashboard.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–15%); and some game types may be entirely excluded. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are published in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not used and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–14 days from the date of credit) will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. mik4d reserves the right to void Bonus Credits, cancel associated winnings, and suspend an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.6 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Certain promotions may be restricted by Player tier, nationality, or the game category to which the bonus applies. mik4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the mik4d Platform are subject to acceptance by mik4d. mik4d reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been assigned.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by Player tier, game type, or event. mik4d may adjust individual Player limits at any time based on account activity or risk assessment.

6.3 Football Betting. Bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are offered subject to the specific rules for each market. Voor bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers are available on selected matches. In the event of a match being suspended, abandoned, or postponed by more than 48 hours, bets will be settled in accordance with the governing body's official result or voided at mik4d's discretion.

6.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are offered for reference pool draws including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. Results are taken from the official published output of the respective draw organization. mik4d bears no responsibility for discrepancies in officially published draw results from external sources.

6.5 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, a technical fault, or a data feed error that results in a clearly erroneous odds display — mik4d reserves the right to void any bets accepted at that price, whether settled or unsettled, and to refund the relevant stakes. mik4d will notify affected Players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mik4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC, or at any other stage of account operation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human Player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to mik4d.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a technical fault, manifest error, or pricing mistake.
• Multi-Account Operation: Registering or operating more than one Account, or facilitating another person's use of your Account credentials.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21.

8.1 Verification Obligation. mik4d is required to verify the identity of all Players as a condition of operating responsibly and in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before certain account features can be fully accessed.

8.2 Required Documents. As part of the KYC process, Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) — front and back
• A selfie photograph holding the KTP alongside the Player's face in good lighting
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days and bearing the Player's full name and registered address
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming the Player's ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions

8.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC review is completed within 1–6 hours during WIB business hours. Complex cases may require up to 24 hours. mik4d will notify the Player by email once verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

8.4 AML Monitoring. mik4d monitors all transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Where such activity is suspected, mik4d is obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities and is not permitted to notify the Player that such a report has been made. Accounts under AML review may have deposits and withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

9.1 Commitment. mik4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of self-management tools that all Players are encouraged to use proactively, regardless of whether they believe they currently have a gambling problem.

9.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable incurring over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual play sessions, with automatic logout at expiry.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the mik4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of mik4d or its licensed third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. mik4d grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own private recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; (b) decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of any game or software component; (c) create derivative works based on Platform content; or (d) use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

10.3 Trademarks. The "mik4d" name and logo are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11.1 Platform Availability. mik4d endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond mik4d's control (including internet service disruptions, data center outages, or force majeure events). mik4d shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings — arising from periods of Platform unavailability.

11.2 Accuracy of Information. While mik4d takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game rules, draw results, and promotional information are accurate, the Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mik4d makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Platform.

11.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mik4d shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) loss of data; or (d) any other intangible loss, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if mik4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Liability Cap. mik4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Third-Party Services. The mik4d Platform incorporates games, payment processing, and data feeds supplied by third parties. mik4d is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties, including any game malfunctions, payment processing delays, or data errors originating with third-party providers.

12.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mik4d is licensed to operate. To the extent that mik4d's operations relate to Indonesian players, the parties acknowledge the Indonesia market context; however, Indonesian domestic law does not govern the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms except where expressly required by applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and mik4d arising from or related to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mik4d's formal complaints process, which is initiated by contacting support at the email address in Clause 14. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by mik4d's license authority.

12.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. mik4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

13.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. mik4d does not retain a public archive of prior versions, but Players may request a copy of the Terms in force at a specific historical date by contacting support.
